Supplies:   Spellbinders Hot Foil dies

Die cuts - from cardstock cut leaves, frames, florals.

Supplies: Flower Dies  ;  Leaves dies ;  Leaves Die

Heat Emboss chipboard elements. Choose elements that will match your vintage design theme, such as decorative frames and flourishes.

Supplies: Chipbaord  ; Embossing powder

Vintage images and elements - cut them out from paper, print them over cardstock or use store bought die cuts. You will need at least 3 per card, so choose at least 1 to be your main focal point.

Ink the edges of the image elements and if necessary “age” them.

Supplies: Ink - Tim Holtz  Scorched Timber Distress Ink

Have your Embellishments ready. Can be anything you like, such as: Ribbons, rhinestones, metal bead caps  and glitter. Your embellishment should be color coordinating with your papers.

Step 2

Cut to 10” x 7  from Solid color black cardstock  110 lbs

Score at 5” on the 10” side and fold

Step 3

Cut a 7" x 5" piece from the same heavy cardstock, score 1/2" all around (4 sides).  Trim the edges in a diagonal (remove the triangle corner cuts) and fold at all the score lines. This will be a base for your framed part.

Step 4

Add a layer from the 5x7 frame die - raise it using a folded cardstock

 Supplies: Frames Dies

Step 5

Emboss a 4 x 6 solid color cardstock in coordinating color and add it over the frame die cut
