Refund policy
At creative treasures we carry a variety of items, and each has a slightly different return policy.
1. Handmade Items by Tamar Perry Art
All these are returnable within 30 days of receipt and fully refundable if they were returned undamaged and in perfect condition.
2. Printed to order and customized items:
These items are made on demand, which means they are not sold off the shelf and from stock.
Therefore, we do not restock or resell returns.
All sales are final and are non returnable, non refundable.
We only offer refunds for damaged or misprinted products, not for buyer’s remorse, or for ordering the wrong size.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Please contact us for instructions on how to handle your return
3. Reselling crafting supplies that are in our stock:
Items that we normally keep in stock can be returned and are eligible for a full refund if they are returned in perfect condition.
The only exception is on items sold as part of a kit or a special sale.
Any claims for returns must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Please contact us for instructions on how to handle your return.
4. Claims against lost or undelivered packages:
Any claims for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you claim you haven't received it, we will not take responsibility and will not be refunding or reshipping that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
You do have a right to submit a claim yourself with the shipping company if you believe they delivered your package to a wrong address, and ask them to cover the cost of the shipment.
Unclaimed Shipments that have been returned to sender will not re-ship or be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct shipping address and that you are available to receive the package.
If you do not wish your shipment to be left unattended, you can request the shipper to hold your package until you are available to pick it up.
