We are evolving from a traditional online scrapbooking store, focused on selling craft supplies, to a customer-centered experience. We're expanding our product range, reducing overhead costs, and passing those savings directly to you!

1. If you’re not a member but would like to continue shopping with Creative Treasures, please note that we now have a Pre-Sale section in our new store.

2. Pre-Sale and Pre-Order items are available to non-members at full price However, Creative Co-Op members will enjoy deep discounts on these products.

3. Pre-Sale and Pre-Order items may take several weeks to arrive.

Pre-Order  items are offered for sale ahead of their official release dates ("pre-orders"). Estimated shipping dates for these products may vary according to manufacturer fulfillment and unexpected delays sometimes occur.

Pre-Sale items are items that are fulfilled with  longer delivery and not from stock, they come from an affiliate warehouse. you can expect the delivery to take 2-3 weeks. 

4. All items must be paid for at the time order is placed. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill any pre-ordered or Pre-Sale items, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Otherwise sales are final and we do not cancel or refund pre-sale or pre-orders.

5. All item under one order will ship together. If you are not sure you can wait, please place stock orders separately from pre-sales. 

6. We will continue offering items from our current stock at heavily discounted prices while supplies last. Once they're gone, they’re gone!

Additionally, select classes and tutorials will still be available at regular prices. Club members, however, will have access to exclusive tutorials and live classes.
