I love doing sales. I mostly do flash and unplanned sales. So please follow my shop for those.
Once an item is sold, I will not reimburse for paid orders for sales I do after. However, you can always contact me before you buy and ask if I plan on having a sale.
Referrals, re-sellers and consignment opportunities
Referrals:
If you are having an event and are looking for a special discount coupon for your group of referrals, please contact me and I will create a coupon code for those you refer. A percentage of all sales generated from your referrals can be negotiated.
Wholesale for re-sellers:
Re-sellers can purchase in bulk and in wholesale prices. You must submit a re-seller certificate to be eligible, and have a store front or an online store to be eligible.
Consignment:
I also have consignment opportunities if you are interested in making sales without risking any of your own money. Please contact me for more information.
Shipping, leadtime and import customs fees for international customers
Finished goods will ship within 3 days, i ship Mon-Fri, by USPS and UPS. If you prefer I ship another method please send me a message and if I can I will accommodate.
If your item is shipping outside of the USA, please be advised that Customs duties, taxes and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the country your item is shipping to. These fees are not included in the purchase price and vary from country to country..
Custom orders lead-time are dependent on what you are ordering. You will be advised on the estimated leadtime when you place your order.
Return Policy for Non custom or Custom orders
Finished item (Non custom)
When you purchase a finished item, If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me first. Items purchased from other online websites are also protected by their refund policy and you may certainly contact them as well. If the item you received is damaged in any way, or it is not to your liking, you will received a full refund for your purchase only (excluding shipping costs)
You must contact me within 14 days with any request to return the item. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.
Custom orders:
Are NC/NR (Non cancelable / Non returnable) and paid in full before items are shipped

I only ship when items are paid in full, via Etsy, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards or wire transfer. I do not accept bank check, money orders or any other method of payment.
Payment terms for custom orders will be discussed individually depending on the scope of the job. Please contact me for a quote and terms.

When you received one of my Art pieces or one of my Artisan jewelry pieces, you will also get a Certificate of Authentication.
This is to certify that your item is authentic and made by the artist. All the items or artwork from Tamar Perry Art are authentic and Unique from conception to creation. All Copyrights and reproduction rights are retained by the artist
All the items by Tamar Perry Art may not be copied, altered or reproduced by any process whatsoever without the express written permission of the artist.
Warrantee
All of my works which include paper, water can damage it. The paper beads are sealed with epoxy to make them more durable and they can withstand some minor encounters with water. If you get it wet, please make sure you wipe it immediately. If it is submerged in water, some of the paint might bleed so use a tissue or paper towel to absorb as much as you can. Once it is dry, if there are any areas that need minor repair you may use glue to put it together.
If grater damage was caused, please let me know. If it is within a reasonable time limit, I will be happy to take it back for repair or exchange it with a new one if it is deemed beyond repair.
